We believe that removing barriers in the creative industries only makes it stronger. This is why we always run open artist call-outs for our festival programming and always widely advertise any commissions and opportunities that we can offer as part of our projects.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE OF BEVERLEY PUPPET FESTIVAL AND WE HAD AN INCREDIBLE TIME. THE EVENT MORE THAN LIVED UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS, AND WE WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK TO THE FESTIVAL IN THE FUTURE.

We believe that puppetry should be inclusive, diverse and accessible and that extends to the artists who are presenting the work. We welcome all applications but are particularly interested in hearing from artists who feel they are under-represented in the industry.
