VISIT BEVERLEY
One of Yorkshire’s hidden gems, the market town of Beverley is a centre for culture, history, food and fun in the region. Home to iconic landmarks such as Beverley Minster, North Bar, St. Mary’s Church and Black Mill and surrounded by miles of beautiful, protected common land to explore, there is something for everyone in the town.
Picturesque, quaint shopping streets and a huge menu of restaurants and cafés; a full and varied programme of events and festivals covering music, arts, food, literature and heritage; and just a short drive away from the Yorkshire Wolds, Yorkshire Coast and Hull – the 2017 UK City of Culture. You’ll leave a trip to Beverley feeling like you’ve been let in on a secret and will want to come back to explore more!
